The services we provide begin with locating the relative being sought, naturally. In the cases where the address is known, we provide initial contact via Russian certified mail. Phone and/or e-mail contact follow (if possible), and arrangements are made to meet for an interview, if granted. Our searchers then travel the vast expanse of Russia to meet with the relative, visiting the orphanage and whatever other places may be necessary along the way. A successful search will result in photos, video, letter correspondence and, in cases where so desired, arranging for the adoptive family to visit the birth-family.

My name is Mary - an adoptive parent. I adopted a daughter from Russia. I recently made contact with her Russian birthmother and Russian family members. Through my search I have made many contacts. Throughout the years I had always wondered about my child's Russian birthmother. I was told she had returned to the Russian orphanage after the adoption to make an inquiry.
